As sealing isn't a core requirement of these doors, they require less accuracy to adjust than sealed alternatives.
Unsealed doors allow for air circulation which reduces the risk of condensation and mould, as moisture is not trapped inside.
The seals add to the cost of steel doors, so if they can be omitted, you'll likely see a slight saving across the project.

The Envo Steel Hinged without seals comes in 40mm and 50mm door thicknesses. The door frame will be 10mm thicker than the chosen door leaf thickness and includes a rebated edge to close the door against. The maximum dimensions are driven by the maximum size of the chosen glass type: 1500mm x 3500mm covers most types but larger is possible.
