Designed to make the most of the uninterrupted views of the bay, large, cantilevered terraces and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass windows blur the distinction between interior and exterior space. A central linear staircase allows daylight to cascade throughout all four floors. To enhance this, sliding door kits were chosen to enable the door leaves to be completely concealed within the wall. The contractors carefully finished the reveals, slam post, lead jambs, and head track in black to reflect the metal cladding to the exterior and the minimal palette used throughout the interior.

In total, 8 single pocket door kits were used throughout the interior. Included was an FD30 kit for the private cinema and a sliding door for the primary suite bathroom.
